Creating The Cross Department Big Picture.

As our Resort Operations Manager, you are the ultimate bridge between the big-picture vision of our General Manager and the high-energy pulse of our daily operations. Clear and detailed communication is part of your workday. You aren’t just a manager; you’re the heartbeat of the resort.

What You’ll Be Doing.

  • You’re the go-to person for our Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Dive, and Maintenance teams. You ensure all gears are turning in the same direction all while assisting in a vibrant work atmosphere.

  • Whether it’s a guest request, a management or staff inquiry, you’re the strategic partner who finds the "yes" and makes it look easy.

  • You live for high guest satisfaction scores. If a guest isn’t smiling, you’re already on your way to fix it.

  • You keep an eye on the bottom line, ensuring we’re as profitable as we are hospitable.

We are looking for a hospitality professional with at least 3 years of industry experience and a strong command of English. Hotel management experience in rooms department preferred. Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Due to local permit regulations, preference will be given to Dutch or American nationals, as well as candidates who are from or have experience working within the Dutch Caribbean region.
